What are your hours of operation?

Impress is here to serve you Monday through Sunday from 7AM to 10PM.

Do I have to be home for the pick up and delivery?

Impress prefers to meet all of our customers personally but is not necessary, feel free to tell us where you left the clothes (front door/porch, back door/porch or garage area... whichever is convenient for you, we can arrange together.

Is there a minimum amount for pick up and delivery?

Yes $20.00

How do I pay for your laundry service?

When you create an account with Impress, you can store a credit card for convenient on-going services. You are charged upon invoicing which we do when we accept and confirm your items.

Will my information be kept confidential and safe?

Impress secures all your information through our safe and encrypted website. All your information remains confidential and safe on our Impress website. We do not sell or provide your information to any third parties. Your information is only used to manage your order requests.

What do I do if I have a problem with my laundry upon delivery?

Impreee has a 100% customer satisfaction policy. We have dedicated customer service representatives standing by to help you with any questions or issues you may have upon delivery. Please either call us at (000) 000-0000 or email us at info@impressservice.com

Do you offer same-day pick up?

Yes but that request must be made by 5 am please

Do you offer same-day service?

Yes, Impress "same-day" service for wash-fold orders only. Same day orders must be submitted by 5 AM that day. There is an additional fee.

How long does it take for my clothes to be returned to me?

Your order will be returned within 24 hours for normal laundry and 48 hours for dry cleaning. If you combine both normal wash and dry cleaning, the entire order together will be delivered in 48 hours.

What if I don’t always have access to the Internet?

Please call Impress at (000) 000-0000. Your order will be processed and handled in the same way it would have been had you ordered on-line or through the app.

Where can you pick up and deliver from?

We will pick up and deliver from private residences, college dorms, hotels, motels, businesses and more!

How should I pack my items for my first order?

If you do not have laundry bags for your first order, or your items can't fit in your laundry bags, use garbage bags and please tie them.

We do not take hampers. If we arrive for pick up, and you leave hampers outside for us to pick up, we will remove your items from the hampers and put them in our laundry bags on-site, a fee will be charged.

Do you offer tailoring and alterations?

No, not at this time, check back though in the future as we may add this service later.
